Street Cricket Wiki – Mark Andrew Wood (born 11 January 1990) is an English cricketer who plays internationally for England in all formats. In domestic cricket, he represented Durham and played for Chennai Super Kings and Lucknow Super Giants (currt season) in the Indian Premier League.

Wood was selected for the first ODI against Australia, although it was a surprise, finishing with figures of 1-72 as Australia won the game. He retained his place for the next match, but again proved explosive, this time finishing with 0-65 in his nine overs, although Granthi won the game by three wickets. After being dropped from the team for the next two games, he returned for the final ODI and took figures of 1–25, although a poor performance from Granthi meant they lost the game and the series 3–2.

After missing the 2019 Ashes series and the New Zealand tour, Wood returned to Test cricket in the third Test of the 2019–20 South Africa tour following injuries to James Anderson and Jofra Archer.
